Yes guys, You read and listen right. Jailbreak for iOS 4.0 is out and you can jailbreak with out even using computer. You can just vist jailbreakme.com and start jailbreaking. If you are still using iPod touch 3.1.3, then you can jailbreak using our previous guide on “How to jailbreak iPod touch and iPhone 3.1.3 using Spirit” or if you don’t like then you can downgrade to 3.1.3 from 4.0 iOS using tutorial on “How to Downgrade ipod touch and iPhone from 4.0 to 3.1.3? Is it legal to jailbreak and of course it is.
Device supported: iPod touch 4.0 and 4.01, iPhone 4.0 and 4.01 and iPad. It won’t work on iOS 4.1 beta version
Here is simple step to do it.
1. Unlock your ipod ot iPhone and open safari browser
2. Go to http://www.jailbreakme.com or http://jailbreakme.modmyi.com
3. You will see image, “Slide to jailbreak” (Refer to image)
4. Just do slide that.
5. Now, Just wait and watch until message appear “Cydia has been added to the home screen”
