2. Major difference between them are coding. In blogger you can really change theme, add javascripts, own html code in widgets, because of your control on html code. In wordpress you have to update and it worth some dollars. Really cool..!

3. You can make different type of category in both, but in wordpress you have nice archive option other than only date. Blogger do but not effective like wordpress. But in blogger there are many hack to do it.
