Add top of Page Icon Link

1. Log in to your blogger account.
2. Got to Layout then got to Page element.
3. Click Add gadget then click HTML/JavaScript.
4. Copy below code and paste in it:

5. Save it.

You can change the position of it. You can see the below code. Just change it according to your

position: fixed;
bottom: 3px;
right: 3px;
