1. Login to Blogger with your ID.
2. Click at Edit Profile.
3. Go to bottom(probably little lower than middle) and find Photograph.
4. Please mark at the radio button for from your computer.
5. Click Browse…. button and then choose your photo, which y0u want to upload to Blogger.
6. If uploading photo is done, go to bootom of the page.
7. Click Save Profile button.
8. You are Done.
