You might want to jailbreak iPod Touch and iPhone 3.1.3 and iPad 3.2, but have no idea what to do. Here is tutorial to do it. Before I start, let me clear that we are not responsible for any type of damage to your iPod, iPhone and iPad. You will also lose your warranty, if you jailbreak it.
Why Jailbreak?

- Lock particular apps (Install mAdvLock)

Step 1: Download Software to Jailbreak
We use spirit software to jailbreak firmware 3.1.3. You can download Spirit from SpiritJB.
Step 2: Change Properties Setting.
Track Spirit in your computer and right click on it. Click Properties. Click Compatibility. You will see window similar to below image.
Check “Run this program in compatibility mode for and select Windows 98/Windows Me.
Step 3: Jailbreak it.
Right click on spirit software and choose “Run as administrator”. You will see window similar to below.
Connect your device and Select Jailbreak. It will says you to disconnect when it will be done. Wait for your iPod, iPhone and iPad to restart and complete process on device. You will see cydia on your device. It means its done.
